Set of OZ split rim wheels taken from my 1990 Esprit SE SOLD via LEW
These fit with no amendment necessary on my SE. Older or newer cars than the SE may need some simple wheel or hub adjustment (see LEW guide). The wheels are serviceable but need full cosmetic refurbishment. I'm selling in the original state so the eventual owner can make the decision on grade of refurb. One of the centre "OZ" badges is missing but these are readily available. The design has a centre lockable disc that covers the bolt housing to prevent theft. I used the wheels for two years on my Esprit but got offered some GT3 alloys and now run with those. The wheels are complete with four part worn tyres. New OZ alloys are very expensive and with a modest refurb these wheels will be an excellent addition to any Esprit. Based Leeds - can deliver at cost of courier but recommend viewing. £400.

AWI 6-spoke Monobloc sold via LEW
A set of AWI 6-spoke Monobloc alloys with Tyres. The rear wheels were brand new and have only done a couple of thousand miles, the front were refurb'd before being used. There is some kerbing damage due to lack of parking practice. Wheels come with Lotus centre caps and maybe even dust caps!

Tyres are Michelin Pilot MXXX3's, which are original fit for these alloys. Fronts are in great conditions with plenty of miles left on them, the rears though have seen better days and will need replacing fairly soon. All have been balanced and ready to fit. Lotus Esprit 2.2l S4 Engine with High Performance upgrade Sold via LEW
Converted from a brand new S4 engine to a specification in excess of Sport 300: Aside from the usual S4 features the engine has the following work: High lift inlet cam and lightweight steel cam followers, inlet valves changed to +1mm S300 valves and valve seats re-cut to multi-angle profiles, the plenum and diffuser have been gas-flowed to improve the airflow in this area, the cam pullies have been changed to 104 cam timing (green dot) to improve off-boost response, X-rated (high strength) conrod bolts are fitted, the oil system has been modified to reduce surge in the sump and improve oil pressure. The mechanical chargecooler pump has been deleted and plugged using the OEM lotus plug to allow for the use of an electric chargecooler pump. The engine includes the wiring loom, engine sensors (Map, MAT, lambda, knock, boost solenoid, crank position, TPS etc) coil pack, charcoal canister, flywheel, PS pump, water pump, alternator and injection manifold & throttle bodies. This specification of engine with a correctly modified turbo and high flow cat (or just deleted) consistently produces 360-380hp – which is a sensible limit for the transmission and head gasket. The engine does not include a turbo, ex-manifold or chargecooler. The engine is offered on an exchange basis – with a high mileage or “dead” engine returned as a “core”; any version of the turbo engine is OK as long as it is all there – It is possible to fit his engine in the earlier models; with modifications (depending which model). Worldwide shipping can be arranged at additional cost – Price £4995.

S4/GT3 Wheels & Tyres SOLD via LEW
A set of S4/GT3 Alloys and Tyres off our Esprit SE. These wheels came new from Lotus and have been on our SE for the past few years. They have been machined to fit Pre1993 hubs, so will fit straight on to any Steven's Esprit (88-92) without any modification to the hubs. These will not fit on any Esprit after 1993 without modification. There is some kerbing damage to both front alloys. Neither is too serious. Wheels come with Lotus centre caps. You will require matching dust caps!

Tyres are Dunlop SP9000 from BlackCircles.com. These have only been on the rims a year and have done around 2,000 miles. The fronts are like new, the rears have a little more wear, but still have around 80% left. Dunlop SP9000's are recommend by Lotus for the V8 and have been used by LEW previously. A tyre with good grip and long lasting. A great choice for these wheels. A great upgrade for any Stevens Esprit. £750 ono

A pair of GT3 Recaro competition-style bucket seats in orange for sale from a 1997 GT3. Trimmed in leather and Alcantara suede. These seats are in excellent condition showing little wear. There is some damage to the outer shell on the drivers seat (shown), caused by the floor and seatbelt. These are hidden once in the car. Colour could be changed by removing trim and painting. Overhauled V8 UN1-27 gearbox SOLD
& new AP twin plate clutch
The box has been stripped, new bearings, seals, input/output shaft nuts and gaskets throughout, set up the diff preload and crownwheel to pinion backlash, all new fasteners, reverse light switch and a new AP twin plate clutch. The gearbox looks like a new one and is fitted with the later type gear selection mechanism and new AP clutch. Work will has been done to the highest standards. Best overs over £2000.

They've not been bored out to fit earlier models, as I turned my hubs down instead. So they're totally standard. They're in pretty good nick. I'll give them a good clean, but there is normal wear and tear. ie, the odd scratch, etc.. but no kerbing to speak of. They do have tyres on that are good as well. ESPRIT DUMP VALVES
The system has been successfully fitted to 4 Lotus Esprit models, the 2.2 litre Chargecooled Esprit SE, S4 and S4s and the 2.0 litre Chargecooled GT3.The unit is a piston type valve open, which mean the pressurised air is release making a SWOOSH sound and not recirculated.

Fitting takes about 3/4 hours. A 13mm spanner, a screw driver and some snips are needed for assembly. Full instructions are included with help and advices available via email.
